Warranty & Return Policy

6 Month Warranty Policy - Used Parts


Coverage

In-stock used parts carry a 180 day warranty, with the exception of the excluded items listed below. This warranty is the BEST in the business.

New parts include the manufacturer's warranty, which varies depending on the manufacturer but is usually limited to 30 days. Please contact us to confirm the warranty on any new part that might be of interest.

Return Material Authorization

No warranty part returns will be accepted without an RMA number issued by iFix.com. To initiate an RMA, send an email to info@iFix.com referencing the order number, the part number, and a method of contact so we may contact you for additional information.

General Terms and Conditions

Any warranty claim(s) on used parts will first be addressed by exchange with a replacement used part of the same type (part number). The replacement part will be shipped free of charge. If a replacement is not available, the purchase price of the part will be refunded upon receiving the returned item and iFix.com's verification that the part is defective. Refunds do not include shipping costs or any other related costs of any kind, such as labor charges for part installation or removal. If iFix.com determines the part is not defective, no refund will be issued and the part will be returned to the customer including the cost of return shipping. If the customer does not wish to receive the part back, a restocking fee of $200 or 20% of the part price, whichever is greater, will be assessed and a credit for the difference will be issued. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Shipping costs to return merchandise are at buyer's expense.

Filing Time Limit

All warranty claim returns must have an official RMA issued by iFix.com within a 190 day period of the original order date. All defective parts returns must be received by iFix.com within 14 days of the issue date of the RMA for US customers, and within 21 days for international customers.

Exclusion List

The following types of parts are not covered by warranty and are not eligible for refund under any circumstances. iFix.com reserves the right to modify or change this list at any time.

  • Lamps or bulbs of any type.
  • Glass or optics which are highly susceptible to damage by mishandling.
  • Consumable items, such as filters, fuses, switches, and latches.

General Return Policy

Used Parts

The entire iFix.com staff is here to help you before and after your purchase. We urge you to call or email for the best solution to your needs and before returning any parts. Due to the large variety of products and services we offer, our return policy varies from product to product, and situation to situation.

You can obtain return instructions and RMA number by emailing us at info@iFix.com. We may first attempt to resolve your issue before providing RMA instructions. You must contact us within 15 days of shipment of your order to request a return authorization. Return authorization does not guarantee final disposition. We will not accept misrepresented items.

To qualify for a refund on any authorized return for used parts, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories. Do not mark or deface the original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if the packaging is not in its original condition. Additional restocking fees may apply, depending on the condition of goods returned.

All returns must be accompanied with return instructions issued by an iFix.com employee. For replacement of defective parts, please refer to the warranty policy above. Damaged or mishandled parts are non-returnable.

iFix.com reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of $200 or 20% of the part price, whichever is greater, for authorized used parts returns.

Return address for shipping your product back to us will be on the RMA email you receive along with RMA#.

We will refund your original shipping charge if we are in error. Otherwise shipping is not refundable for any reason. Buyer is aware that shipping costs to return merchandise are at buyer's expense.

 
All Returns

For customers in the United States all returns must arrive within 14 days of issue date of RMA to receive a refund.

For International customers all returns must arrive within 21 days of issue date of RMA  to receive a refund.

All returned items should be shipped via a trackable shipping service.

New Parts

All sales are final for new parts and special order items. These parts cannot be returned once ordered.
