All used parts carry a 180 day warranty, with the
exception of the excluded items listed below. This warranty is the BEST in the
business.
Return Material Authorization
No warranty part returns
will be accepted without an RMA number issued by iFix.com. To initiate a RMA,
send an e-mail to queries@ifix.comreferencing the order
number, the part number and a method of contact so we may contact you for
additional information.
General Terms and Conditions
Any warranty claim(s) on used parts will first be
addressed by exchange with a replacement used part of the same type (part
number). If a replacement is not available, the purchase price of the part will
be refunded upon receiving the returned item and iFix.com's verification that
the part is defective. Refunds do not include shipping costs or any
other related costs of any kind, such as labor charges for part installation or
removal. If an exchange part is sent as a replacement under warranty, the
replacement will be shipped free of charge. If iFix.com determines the part is
not defective, no refund will be issued and the part will be returned to the
customer including the cost of return shipping. If the customer does not wish
to receive the part back, a $200.00 restocking fee will be assessed and a
credit for the difference (purchase price - $200.00 = difference) will be
issued. Shipping and handling fee’s will not be refunded.
Filing Time Limit
All warranty claim returns must have an official
RMA issued by iFix.com within a 190 day period of the original order date. All
returns must be received by iFix.com with-in 14 days of the issue date of the
RMA for US customers, and with-in 21 days for international customers. Shipping
costs to return merchandise is at buyers expense.
General Return Policy
Used Parts
We have a 2 weeks policy from the time an RMA is issued
for return of used parts. The part returned must be in working condition. Upon
receipt a $200 restock fee will be applied.
We offer a complete iFix.com staff to help you
before & after your purchase. We urge you to call or E-Mail
queries@iFix.com to offer the best solution to your needs.
Due to the large variety of products and services
we offer, our return policy varies from product to product, and situation to
situation.
Your items must reach us
within 15 days from the shipping date. Items received after 15 days will not be
accepted for return. We will ship all late items back to you. All returns must
be accompanied with return instructions issued by an iFix.com employee. For
replacement of defective parts, please refer to the warranty policy above.
Damaged or mishandled parts are non-returnable.
You can obtain return
instructions and RMA number by e-mailing us at queries@iFix.com. We may first
attempt to resolve your issue before providing RMA instructions.
To qualify for
a refund on any authorized return for used parts, ALL items must be returned in
their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's
containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories. Do not
mark or deface the original manufacturer containers in any manner.
We will not accept returns if
the packaging is not in its original condition, Additional restocking fees may
apply, depending on the condition of goods returned.
Return authorization does not
guarantee final disposition. We will not send back misrepresented items.
Returned via Insured Ground
Service.
iFix.com reserves the right
to charge $200 for used parts authorized returns.
Return address for shipping
your product back to us will be on the RMA E-mail you receive along with RMA#.
Please include one copy of
the sales order and return authorization document with returned part. We will refund your original shipping charge if
we are in error. Otherwise shipping is not refundable for any reason, Buyer is
aware that shipping costs to return merchandise is at buyers expense.
All Returns
For customers in the United States all returns
must arrive within 14 days of issue date of RMA to receive the exchange value or refund
on parts orders.
For
International customers all returns must arrive within 21 days of issue date of RMA to
receive the exchange value or refund on parts orders.
Exclusion List
The following
types of parts are not covered by warranty and are not eligible for refund
under any circumstances. iFix.com reserves the right to modify or change this
list at any time.
-Lamps or
bulbs of any type.
-Glass or
optics which are highly susceptible to damage by mis-handling.
-Consumable items,
such as filters, fuses, latches, or other items which are considered normal
Preventative Maintenance replacement
components.
